I've been to the forest of Dean, it was so insperational, sadly the lighting was not coperating with me, as it seems to with you.

if you're ever down in the plymouth/Devon Area you should look up an ancient stunted forest that's up on the moores somewhere called "whistman's wood" .. it's not large (in terms of ground covered, as there's not many trees remaining that haven't been removed to make way for farm land) but because they're gorwing in a very sheltered valley these 100s years old oak trees are all teeny tiny and covered in moss and there are huge stones everywhere.. it's very atmospheric ... hey.. maybe I should just post my photos so you can see for yourself! LOL
